After registering, the steps to place an order are as follows:
1- ADDING PRODUCTS TO THE CART
Select the quantity of products you want and click the "Add to cart" button. A box will open as shown below:
To complete your purchase, click the "Go to Cart" button.
Quantity Selection: You can select one of the quantities listed on the product card, or you can enter the desired quantity in the box below, provided it is not less than the quantity listed on the cards. (As the quantity increases, the unit price decreases. The unit price of the products is shown excluding VAT on the product cards; you can see the price including VAT when you proceed to the cart.)
Multiples: Shows the quantity by which you can increase the product.
2- CART
The unit price and total price of the products you have purchased are displayed together in the cart. You can also view the price including VAT in the cart. If you have a gift voucher code, you can use it by entering it in the box that says "Gift Voucher".
To delete an item you no longer want, use the red "Delete" button under the product name and quantity.
You can proceed to the Delivery Information step with the Complete Shopping step. Alternatively, you can go back and continue shopping using the "Continue Shopping" button.
3-DELIVERY INFORMATION
On the Delivery Information page, you need to fill in all the fields under the "Address Entry" heading and select your shipping method. If you have a note regarding your order, you can write it in the box labeled "Order Note".
If your billing information is different; when you check the box next to "I want to enter my billing information differently," a new form will open. After selecting either "Individual" or "Corporate" in the opened field, you need to fill in all the fields in the form.
To proceed to the payment step, click the PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS button to go to the page.
4- ENTERING PAYMENT INFORMATION AND COMPLETING THE ORDER
On the payment information page, you can choose one of the payment options: Bank Transfer or EFT. For credit card payments, you need to fill in the card information on the form that appears. For bank transfers/EFT, there is no form to fill out at this step. Then, after the "Order Summary," you can complete your purchase by approving the necessary agreements and clicking the "COMPLETE ORDER" button.
Note: For bank transfers/EFT, our stock is reserved for you for 1 hour until the "Bank Transfer Notification" is received. If the bank transfer/EFT notification is not received within 1 hour, your order will be cancelled. If you need more time, you can contact us via email at [email protected].
